Assault
Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Aggravated Assault.
- “Assault” can cover a wide variety of allegations, from minor assaults that seem out of place in Criminal Court, to serious cases of Aggravated Assault. A case by case approach that focuses on your particular situation is essential. Before I became a lawyer, I worked for several years as a bouncer in bars and nightclubs. This experience is as valuable to my approach to cases involving violent confrontations as anything I learned in Law School. I understand the dynamics of personal violence and how it presents in Court.
- Assault allegations can vary in severity from simple assaults or threat allegations to cases of assault causing bodily harm or aggravated assaulted. I have defended hundreds of assault allegations covering the full range of severity.
- I have successfully argued the issue of self-defence in numerous cases over the course of my carear. For those forced to justify acts of self-defence in criminal court the process can seem as terrifying as the assault they had to prevent. My experience in Criminal law and person background provide me with a unique insight in self-defence cases.
